Great job — I can't begin to imagine the amount of work that went into this — the ontology editor looks amazingly extensible. Is there any way to compare two ontolgies along the lines of Potluck? http://simile.mit.edu/potluck/

Also, the information gathered with the website mapping tool — will it be offered in your API?

I really like the ontology editor. We miss something like this to agree on ontologies. The mapping panel seems a bit difficult to handle but I can't wait to try it.
