interesting discussion on web 3:my question is: can we have intranetwork tools and platform o.6 million villages in which only a small part goes to www, same with all academic institutions and other clusters

idea is to save web by avoiding trivia overload, semantic web is still evolving but will certainly be a step forward

may be clusters will go to web and remain tied till a query pulls them apart
